Water Aerobics:



Discover a new way to work out that is fun and less stressful on your body.

Class participants work on standing exercises, water aerobics, anaerobic exercises, strengthening, running in the water and much more!

Participants work at their own pace. Belts and barbells provided for students.

Water Aerobics

Mornings: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:15 a.m.– 10:15 a.m.

Afternoons: Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays 4:45 p.m.– 5:45 p.m.

Evening: Wednesday 8:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.

Weekends: Saturday 9:00 a.m.– 10:00 a.m.
Drop-in: $5.00
Adult Pass: 20 visits-$80.00
Senior Pass: 20 visits- $60.00
