Adult Swimming
WATER EXERCISE CLASSES
Discover a new way to work out that is fun and less stressful on your body. Class participants’ work on standing exercises, water aerobics, anaerobic exercises, strengthening, running in water and much more! Participants work at their own pace. Belts and barbells provided for students.
$5.00 drop-in fee
$80.00 pass available, mix and match any of the water exercise classes listed below. Pass is good for 20 visits.
$60.00 senior citizen pass available – good for 20 visits.
MORNINGS
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
AFTERNOONS
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.
WEEKENDS
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
MASTERS SWIM CLASS
Anyone 18 years of age and older can join us for a structured work-out with a coach for intermediate to advanced swim levels. Three levels of yardage times are available.
Thursdays 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
MORNING LAP SWIMMING
A great way to wake-up, workout and get going before work!
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Open swim fees apply to Masters Swim Class and Morning Lap Swimming. Swim Passes available for purchase at the Community Recreation Office.
