District Pride:EPE Award
The Whitmore Lake Board of Education began work on the creation of this award in the early months of 2004.
This monthly award recognizes district employees or volunteers for actions that exemplify our mission of
providing exceptional, personalized education to the students of Whitmore Lake Public Schools.
The first nominations were received in February of 2004 with the first award presentation taking place at the March school
board meeting. Everyone is welcome to use the link(s) above to print, fill out and turn in the form for nominating any
employee or volunteer associated with WLPS who you believe deserves recognition for their support of our district mission
of providing exceptional, personalized education.
A rubric and point system used to evaluate the nominees is listed on
the second page of the top link. The second link is a Word document that can be used to email as an attachment.
Awards are given monthly September through June. Thank you for your participation in this recognition process.
