Schools: Enroll in School
Documentation Required at Time of Enrollment
Proof of residency (1 proof from list below)
- Lease/rental agreement with occupancy date from landlord and names of all residents living in apartment.
- Current tax statement from the township.
- Current utility bills (heat, electric, telephone, cable TV).
- Proof of ownership of the home (deed) or closing documents if home was just purchased.
Birth Certificate
- Child must be 5 years old by December 1 of current year to enroll in kindergarten
Immunization Record
- Required for kindergarten and all new students
Proof of Family Relationship (if applicable)
- Custody papers from court (student must live with a parent/legal guardian residing in the school district)
- Guardianship papers (additional residency documentation will be required)
- Passport with valid Visa, if not a U.S. citizen.

Other Information
Records from Previous Schools
- Parents will be asked to supply student's records from previous school or sign a release for request of the records.
Health Data
- A physical exam is recommended for all new students.
